Bien 
Bel hôtel, chambres propres, bonne literie, piscine chauffée et décor agréable.
Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour venir en aide aux clients étrangers, notamment pour le fonctionnement du restaurant et du room service qui sont restés pour nous un mystère.

« Super hôtel bien placé. Idéal pour visiter les vignobles. »
Les parties communes très joliment décorées, le parking, la propreté, la superficie des chambres, le restaurant, le petit déjeuner.
D'avoir initialement une chambre communicante où l'on entendait toute la discussion des personnes d'à côté. Nous avons demandé le lendemain de changer de chambre ce qui nous fut accordé. Le wifi est instable dans le batiment où nous étions ce qui obligeait à se déplacer vers le restaurant.

Fabuleux 
Personnel Très professionnel et tous très serviables. Très bon petit déjeuner et excellent restaurant, avec musiciens. Hotel trés joli, style colonial, rare au Chili. Ambiance chaleureuse avec cheminées, decorations, ... Le musée juste à coté est le plus beau du Chili selon nous (on y est allé 2 fois 3 heures et il nous manquait encore des choses à voir).
Dans Santa Cruz, à part le restaurant de l hotel, il n y a pas d autres restaurants (hormis quelques fast food). Les restaurants sont tous dans les vignobles aux alentours et il faut y aller en voiture (mais restent proches, 10 à 15mn en voiture). Pas d artisanat, de marché ou de boutiques où flâner dans Santa Cruz (à part 1 ou 2 magasins de chapeaux). On recommande chaudement pour 1 week end, mais pas pour y passer la semaine.

« Bon hotel mais peut améliorer le service. »
Excellente literie, chambre spacieuse et propre, bonne douche.
L'accueil un petit peu lent, le service de voiturier n'est pas evident à comprendre au début (on vous donne tout un tas de tickets et on ne vous precise pas qu'il faut les avoir sur soi), le service situé près de la piscine est tout bonnement inexistant (1 heure à attendre que quelqu'un nous serve, malgré que nous ayons insisté 3 fois auprès d'employés de l'hotel).
